Banana Boats

Ingredients: heavy duty aluminum foil, bananas, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, coconut, nuts, raisins, and some other yummy snack of your choice!

 
  1. Tear off large sheets of aluminum foil.
  2. Peel banana, cut in half the long way and place in the foil. You may want to use small bananas or cut them in half for the little children.
  3. Put chips, marshmallows, nuts and other ingredients on top of banana. Seal foil up tight and place directly onto hot coals or on a grill over barbecue.
  4. Bake until chocolate and marshmallows melt and banana is warm and gooshy!

Edible Playdough

Ingredients: 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of dry milk, and 1/2 cup of honey

 
  1. Mix all ingredients until a dough is formed. Add more dry milk if playdough is too sticky.
  2. Create fun objects - then eat 'em!
  3. Store is a ziplock bag.

Chewy Haystacks

Ingredients: 1 large bag of butterscotch chips, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 large bag of chow mien noodles, and wax paper.

 
  1. Melt butterscotch and peanut butter in a sauce pan or in a microwave.
  2. Stir in noodles.
  3. Spoon onto wax paper and refrigerate until hard.
  4. Eat and enjoy!

Shake & Make Ice Cream

Ingredients: 2 tbs. of sugar, 1 cup of milk or half-and-half, 1/2 tsp. of vanilla, 6 tbs. of rock salt, 1 pint-sized plastic ziplock bag, and 1 gallon-sized plastic ziplock bag.

 
  1. Fill the gallon-sized plastic ziplock half full with ice. Add rock salt and seal.
  2. Pour sugar, milk and vanilla into the pint-sized plastic ziplock bag and seal.
  3. Place the pint-sized ziplock bag into the gallon-sized ziplock bag and seal.
  4. Shake the bag for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Open the small ziplock bag and enjoy!
