Gooey Gunk
This slimy, stretchy, gooey recipe has become one of the most popular
concoctions of all time.
Ingredients:

- Solution A: 1 cup of water, 1 cup of white glue, and 2 tbs. of liquid
tempera paint or 7-10 drops of food coloring
- Solution B: 1 1/3 cup of warm water, and 4 tsp. of Borax laundry booster.
- Mix ingredients in Solution A together in a medium bowl.
- In a second medium bowl, mix the ingredients in Solution B together
until the Borax is completely dissolved.
- Slowly pour Solution A into Solution B (DO NOT MIX!)
- Roll Solution A around in Solution B 4-5 times.
- Lift Solution A out of Solution B and knead for 2-3 minutes.
- Store the Gooey Gunk in an airtight container or plastic ziplock bag.
- Have fun.

Water Balloon Yo-Yo
Try this unusual outdoor yo-yo to provide hours of fun
Ingredients: 1 small balloon and 1 large rubber band.

- Cut the rubber band in half.
- Tie a loop securely on one end of the rubber band. It should be big
enough to fit around your finger.
- Use a garden hose or water faucet to fill the balloon 1/4 of the way
with water.
- Blow air into the balloon until it is the size of a tennis ball. Tie
the balloon shut.
- Securely tie the rubber band around the knot on the balloon.
- Place the rubber band loop around your middle finger and gently throw
the balloon toward the ground. When the balloon springs back toward
your hand, try and grab it.

Bathtub Finger Paints
You'll have fun finger painting while getting yourself and the tub clean
at the same time.
Ingredients: 1/3 cup of clear, mild liquid dish detergent, 1 Tbs. of
cornstarch and food coloring

- Mix liquid dish detergent and cornstarch together in a small bowl
until blended.
- Pour the mixture, in equal parts, into several sections of a plastic
ice cube tray.
- Add 1-2 drops of food coloring to each section of the tray and mix
with a small spoon.
- Have some good, clean fun!

Great for babies and toddlers! All you need is vanilla pudding and food
coloring. Very safe and very yummy!

Grass Head Guy
You'll be amazed to watch these cute little guys grow hair that you can
cut and style.
Ingredients: a nylon stocking, 6 tbs. of potting soil, 2 tbs. of grass
seed, 1 plastic yogurt container, 2 google eyes, glue, waterproof markers
and water.

- Cut a 4-inch long piece of nylon stocking, including the toe. Spoon
grass seed into the stocking.
- Pour potting soil into the stocking until you have a ball of soil
that is about 2 inches in diameter.
- Tie a knot in the stocking so that the soil will hold its ball shape.
(Do not cut the tail off the stocking.)
- Glue a set of google eyes on your Grass Head Guy and then draw a nose
and mouth using waterproof markers.
- Pour 1 to 2 inches of water into the bottom of the yogurt container.
- Place your Grass Head Guy in the yogurt container, making sure the
nylon tail sits in the water.
- Check the water in the plastic yogurt container daily.
- Watch your Guy's hairstyle grow and change.
