And Now....Meet our staff!
  Lou Ann Russell, Executive Director: Miss Lou Ann has been with A+ learning Center for over 15 years. She has been a leader in the early education field for many, many years, and has helped establish quality standards in our community. Miss Lou Ann has an AA in Childhood Combined Education, has been nominated for several awards, and has served on several community boards including the TMCC ECC Advisory Board. Miss Lou Ann has instilled in hundreds of children a strong belief in themselves with her mantra: "I can do it!" She began as an aide, identified weaknesses in the program and used her knowledge to help develop our center into a natural home of learning life skills.
  Brandi Becht, Co-Director: With over 13 years experience in the field, Miss Brandi is a valuable resource for parents seeking advice. Miss Brandi is pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and has already received a certificate as a Child Development Specialist. She has even been nominated for an Early Childhood Recognition Award.
  Bette Ganschow, Mentor, Infant/Toddler Department: A veteran in the childcare industry with 20 years invested here at A+, Miss Bette has helped literally hundreds of children develop at their own pace. She received an award from the Early Childhood Recognition Awards Program, recognizing her as one of the top Infant/Toddler teachers in our community, and has attended many courses and trainings pertaining to early childhood development and enhancement. She is our mentor (g-ma) for the Infant/Toddler Department.
  Deanna Lyons, Infant/Toddler Department Director: For over 16 years Miss Deanna has mentored many teachers in our community in the Early Education field. With an educational background in Early Childhood, her vast knowledge in infant and toddler development has proven beneficial to many parents in raising their children. Recently, her expertise has been recognized with an Early Childhood Recognition Award.
  Beverly Harris, Preschool Mentor: For over 30 years, Miss Bev has guided and cultivated many young minds. She received an Early Childhood Recognition Award for her teaching skills and mentoring capabilities, and has attended many courses and trainings pertaining to educational curriculum development.
  Lina Andres, Assisstant Teacher and Culinary Expert: Miss Lina has a four year background in the Early Education field, and a passion for creating culinary delights. Miss Lina is wonderful with children, and her nurturing demeanor is appreciated by children of all ages. Currently she is pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts to enhance our meal program.
  Antonia Parker, Office Support Staff: With a background in business management and a mom, Miss Antonia provides an excellent blend of experience and support to our office. She is also an avid music lover and musician, and relishes any opportunity to cultivate a child's lyrical appreciation.
